SMI offers a one-day Comprehensive Performance Review (CPR) that will allow us the opportunity to review your system and your procedures and make recommendations which will improve your efficiency and your profit.

Can we afford your services?

Absolutely. In fact, you can recapture the expense of many of our services in a matter of weeks, and sometimes, days. From that point forward, all the additional profit is totally yours. Our contractual services are usually less expensive than training new or existing personnel. As independent contractors, we are not eligible for any of the benefits and taxes normally associated with employment. We also bring our experience to work the very first day.

How can you offer administrative services without being on site?

Today's technology allows us to perform functions on your Activant™ system as if we were sitting in your office. In addition, we have developed procedures that allow us to maintain data in your system more quickly and more accurately. Most importantly, we protect you from the psychological and financial stress of key-employee turnover. SMI's Administrative Services allow our clients to concentrate more on those tasks that generate revenue, not increase expenses.

Do you work for Activant Solutions™?

No, we are not affiliated with Activant™ in any way. Activant™ does not endorse our services; however, we maintain a good working relationship as independent contractors working for Activant users.

What else are you going to try to sell us?

Nothing. We sell only our experience and expertise. We do not sell our client list nor do we share your name with anyone without your permission.
