print and analyze. Most importantly, lack of data integrity

can assist you in planning, creating and maintaining a file
structure that is tailored to your business, easy to use and
accurate. If you have not yet purchased a system, SMI can create
your database prior to purchase to save you valuable down time
before the system is functional. By the time your first payment
is due, your system is in use.

you have owned your Activant Eagle™system for some time,
and find your information to be cumbersome and inaccurate, we
can restructure your database remotely and upload the new database
during off hours to create a seamless transition to meaningful
and accurate data.

Inventory
File Maintenance is accomplished quickly and
accurately using our proven techniques. We can redefine
departments and classes, sequence your items into a meaningful
order, refine item descriptions or assign short descriptions.
In addition, we can keep your file size manageable using

Reconciliation no longer requires "holding
the books open" for long periods of time. Our proven
methods allow you to reconcile your physical counts quickly
and accurately. |

Archiving has proven to be one of our most popular
offerings. We can eliminate most of the paper you are currently
required to store by archiving your data off site and providing
you the same information on electronic media. This service
